Description

Please be informed that scheduled maintenance at our card-processing partner is planned for Friday, 23 October 2026, from 07:00 to 07:30 EEST (04:00 to 04:30 UTC). During this window, card payments may be briefly unavailable for up to 5 minutes. A payment attempted during that moment may be declined; please simply try again a few minutes later. No payment will be charged twice. Separately, a card-scheme update on the same day at around 13:00 EEST (10:00 UTC) may cause short delays to some incoming card credits and card-funded top-ups. Any affected transaction will complete once the update is finished. Card ordering, bank transfers, the Genome app and the portal are not affected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
